Our traditional evaluation criteria has been developed on the basis of benchmarking a sustainable and customer-centric retail bank, taking into account balance sheet, operational, sales, risk management and client servicing capabilities For a full explanation of each of the evaluation criteria please click here. Please note that the evaluation criteria will be changed in the 2018 programme to take into account the tremendous transformation taking place in the retail financial services industry, and future winners may include non-banks as much as banks operating in the same marketplace.
